Sign-up and payment terms

Signing up

• You can sign up using the sign-up form on this website or by emailing us at dobrocenterfin@gmail.com.
• You can also fill in the form at the class venue.
• Once the form is filled in, your child joins the group.

Payment

• Classes are paid monthly, based on an invoice we send you.
• Each invoice is due by the 5th of the month.
• The monthly fee is fixed and does not depend on how many classes your child attends.
• Invoices are paid by bank transfer. In the payment message, write the child’s name, the class and the month.
• If a payment is late and you have not told us in advance, a €5 administration fee may be added to the next invoice.

Trial class

• The first class is free.
• If your child continues, the trial class is included in the first month’s fee.

Missed classes

• A missed class can be made up by attending one of the centre’s other classes.

Refunds

A refund or reduced fee is only possible in these cases:

• a long illness, with a doctor’s certificate
• a class cancelled by the teacher.

Leaving a class

• Please give one month’s notice if your child is leaving a class.
• Notice is only accepted by email to dobrocenterfin@gmail.com.
• Telling a teacher in person does not count as notice.

Other information

• There are no classes on public holidays or during school holidays.
• Parents are responsible for any damage to property.
• The centre may use photos and videos from classes for information and promotion.

Membership

• Everyone who signs up for a class becomes a member of the centre.
• The membership fee is €15 a year.
• Membership gives access to all of the centre’s member benefits, including a 10% discount on the centre’s classes, courses and events.
